Seeking Sponsors for 38th Annual Aviation Bass Tournament

The 38th Annual Aviation Bass Tournament is actively seeking event sponsors and door prize contributors. All sponsors and door prize contributors will be recognized at the weigh-in, which will be held at noon on Sunday, March 22nd. Company signage is encouraged at the weigh-in and the sponsored events. Below are the sponsorship opportunities.
Dinner Friday night March 21st at 6:00pm
The cost for this sponsorship will depend on the number of participants and the sponsor’s meal plan. The sponsor will need to arrange catering, preparing, and serving.

Beverages for the event Friday, March 20th through Sunday, March 22nd
The sponsor must arrange delivery of the beverages and provide an adequate number of coolers, water bottles, sodas, and beers.

Tournament Hats
Tournament hats will be handed out to participants and guests at the tournament registration Friday night. The company logo is permissible, and the design is completely up to the sponsor. We only ask that the “38th Annual Aviation Bass Tournament” be on the hat. The hats can be shipped to the tournament director or brought to the tournament.

Tournament Trophies
2 each for the following: 1st Place, 2nd place, 3rd place. One each for Big Bass. It’s at the sponsor’s discretion to determine the size and cost of the trophies and if they want to include their logo. Please arrange to send them to the tournament director or bring them to the tournament.

Tournament Shirts
The sponsor determines the size and cost of the shirts and whether to include their logo. Please arrange to send them to the tournament organizers or bring them to the tournament. Sizes range from 2XL, XL, LG, and Med.
